You don't need years of experience to land a first tech internship. You need proof that you can learn and build.
Days 1–30: Pick a track and learn the basics
Choose one track: front-end, back-end, data or mobile. Follow one structured course and finish it. Don't jump between five.
Days 31–60: Build two small projects
Projects beat certificates. Ideas:
- A personal website with your CV and projects
- A small app that solves a problem you or your friends have
- A data analysis of something you care about (football stats, prices, weather)
Put the code on GitHub with a clear README and screenshots.
Days 61–90: Apply smartly
- Update your CV and LinkedIn with your projects
- Apply to 3–5 internships a week, each with a tailored CV
- Message one engineer at each company with a short, specific question
Keep going
Rejections are normal. Each application teaches you something. Keep a simple sheet of where you applied and what you heard back.
